                     DLHI has recently reviewed it's vast  scope of services  & was

                     forced to make some adjustments to be able to better serve our

                     customers.  In addition to our service adjustment, newer & better

                     services have been implemented.  While some minor pricing

                     changes have been made, our customers will still realize our

                     increased service & benefits for which  DLHI has & always will be

                     known.

                        regarding mold inspection, testing & remediation, DLHI is

                        no longer able to perform mold testing & inspection. 

                        Instead, we are now focusing all of our attention to providing

                        impeccable home inspection services to our customers.

                       automated, on-line, new and improved, state-of-the-art

                       Customer Care Questionnaire.  It's now available  on-line

                       instead of the old post card style, write-it-out-by-hand, mail

                       -it-in & get-it-in-a-month method we'd been using.  Please

                       ask us about it; we'd be happy to let you tell us how we're

                      TX at 543 Bennett Ln., #103 (behind the Travis Boating   

                      Center on I-35E).  We're sharing the office with Baby Park,

                      distributors of high quality baby cloting for newborn to 24

                       mos.   Please don't worry; despite our move, you'll still

Jul. 1, 2004:    NEWSFLASH!!!  Recent changes in legislation regarding

                      insurance in Texas have given way to 2 new forms in

                      addition to the Texas Dept. of Insurance VIP forms.  They

                      are the WDR-1 and the MDR-1.  Currently, DLHI can help

                      customers with the WDR-1 form for the same low price as

                      the VIP forms.  As yet, we are unable to assist with the

                      MDR-1 form.
