A real favorite at approximately half the price of our Premium, Full-Service Home Inspection*, this inspection focuses on all of the major items that our Full-Service Home Inspection focuses on but we don't inundate you with a "laundry-list" of trivial write-ups.  In turn, we save you money up-front.  We include a typed report & up to 5 digital pictures all completed on-site at the time of the inspection.  As well, if you’d like to include, at an extra fee, one or more of the a’-la-carte items, you’re welcome to do so.  So, no matter how big the home, the DLHI Cost-Saver Home Inspection is a real hit!

For Your Peace of Mind, We Inspect:  The major defects of all of the items, systems, situations, equipment, etc. in the home you want inspected, that would financially impact you the most should there be a problem.
