We will look at up to 3 foreclosure properties with you and give you a typed, preliminary inspection report on each one with photos of major defects, explanations & recommendations, even with the utilities shut off.
When you decide to make an offer on one of the 3 we’ve looked at, we will conduct a general DLHI Premium Home Inspection which will include an on-site typed & bound report with pictures & full explanations of defects. (Customer will be responsible for having utilities turned on – water, electricity, gas.) We will assure that you receive close personal attention to answer all of your questions. With regard to the defects, we can point you in the right direction as to the proper repair.

What's Included: Preliminary Home Inspections: For Your Peace of Mind, We Inspect: Only the major items, systems, situations, equipment, etc. that would financially impact you the most should there be a problem, ie. the roof, foundation, etc. So, if you can afford to be a little flexible, we can certainly help you with an inspection that will fit your budget! As well, we won’t leave you hanging; we’ll always be there to help.
General Premium DLHI Home Inspection: For Your Peace of Mind, We Inspect: The roof, the structure, the appliances, the foundation, the electrical system(s), the HVAC system(s), the plumbing systems, fire/smoke alarms & monitors, gas lines at points of service, the security system, sources for excess CO (carbon monoxide) leakage. at an extra fee: pools, spas, hot tubs, detached buildings, WDI/O, the sprinkler system, pier & beam homes, etc.
