In turn, we save you money up-front.  Knowing that you'll have to do some maintenance in the home, this inspection will serve as an aid to obtain a brief overview of major problems. 

We include a typed report completed on-site at the time of the inspection.  As well, if you’d like to include, at an extra fee, one or more of the a’-la-carte items, you’re welcome to do so.  So, no matter how big the home, the $149.00 DLHI Investor Option Home Inspection is a cost-effective alternative.
