If you've recently purchased a new-build, new home, or if you have recently purchased a previously owned home, usually, your home builder or seller, respectively, will give you a 1 year home warranty to care for any problems that may arise from a number of reasons, ie.  poor workmanship, neglect by contractors, etc.  When your initial year in your new home draws near, your home warranty policy will also draw to an end (unless you renew the policy yourself at your own expense).  In order that you maximize your use of your 1-year home warranty policy, a 1-year home warranty inspection is usually performed to point out problems that are eligible for claim & rectification by the warranty company.  DLHI can help you with such an inspection.  We will schedule an inspection in your home, perform a home inspection service & address all functional & practical issues present.  After our inspection, you'll receive a full home inspection report that you may pass on to your warranty company for consideration.  They will then schedule the necessary repairs with you.

Sorry, a 1-year home warranty home inspection service does not address cosmetic or aesthetic situations.  You may however, note all of these situations, issues, etc. on your own & submit them along with our inspection report to your home warranty company for repair.
