Guarantee is restricted to the "customer" or person(s) noted on the home inspection report only.
DLHI "Customer" is one for which our home inspection report is completed as noted on the home inspection report. No other party is due or should infer any rights under this guarantee.
DLHI can not guarantee the home inspection findings being to customers' (or any parties involved in the transaction) liking & therefore exempts this aspect from the guarantee.
DLHI possesses the right not to provide a copy of the home inspection report to a customer (as named on the home inspection report only) who is requesting a refund. Any others, whose name is not on the home inspection report, shall not assume any guarantee & DLHI does not imply any guarantee to anyone whose name is not on the home inspection report.
For a refund to be processed, the original copy of the home inspection report must be returned to DLHI within 7 days of the completion of the home inspection.
Should a refund be processed for a customer whose name is noted on the home inspection report, all findings within the home inspection report shall be null & void with regard to the parties involved &/or noted on the home inspection report. Customer & all involved in the subject home inspection shall agree that DLHI shall assume no responsibility for findings or the lack thereof with regard to the home inspection completed if a refund has been processed.
DLHI possesses the right to refuse a refund for home inspection reports greater than 7 days old.
DLHI sets prices in accordance with market demand & trends. Price of service shall not ever become a bearing on service provided. Price vs. service is relative. Price of service & issues with price shall be exempt from guarantee.
Should a refund be necessary & approved, full price shall be refunded
Other services contracted, such as termite inspections, shall not be refundable.
DLHI has the right to limit the guarantee as it deems necessary.
