DLHI Affiliate Advertising Sign-up, Terms & Conditions

2. Referral rewards to affiliates shall be made to referring affiliates only for completed jobs performed by DLHI

3. For each completed job which was referred by a DLHI affiliate, DLHI will pay to the referring affiliate the sum of $25.00. Payments shall accrue & be paid one (1) time per month by check by mail. (Tiered rewards not considered at this time but possible in future.)

4. No affiliate shall promote a negative image of, slander, or attempt to damage the image of DLHI in any way shape or form. Doing so shall be grounds for legal action, loss of commission, & termination of affiliation with DLHI. Affiliate agrees to cover all legal costs stemming out of such action in order to properly restore DLHI name & reputation.

5. When available/necessary - Each affiliate shall be assigned an affiliate code & password to use for logging into your area of our site, for tracking purposes & for identifying contacted leads

6. Each affiliate shall provide to DLHI their name, address, contact phone number(s), email address for 1. contact purposes; 2. address in which to mail information, referral reward checks, etc. & 3. for notification of lead responses (automatic emails from prospective customers will be mailed to you so that you may be able to track possible revenues.)

7. DLHI shall not be responsible for payment of referral rewards for customers/leads that you've provided that have decided not to use DLHI for their home inspection services

8. If your combined earnings exceed $600 in any given calendar year, you will be contacted by DLHI & you must provide your social security number for tax reporting purposes. At the end of the year, you may be provided with an IRS form 1099 to file with your income tax return.

10. Affiliates are not employees of DLHI & shall not represent themselves as such. Affiliates are independent contractors working on their own as independent sales persons promoting, by chance, our company, DLHI.

11. Affiliate shall be eligible personally for a referral reward self-referral only after 2 referrals have been made in which home inspection services have been completed.

12. Sorry, at this time, we can not compensate realtors, real estate agents, real estate brokers due to RESPA guidelines. However, we would be happy to help your customers with impeccable service.

13. Marketing media including business cards, flyers, etc. will be created for you & placed online. Any marketing materials not posted on this site must be approved by DLHI prior to use. Affiliate will simply print out approved media from this site to hand out or post to the internet.

14. These terms & conditions will change periodically. Affiliates will have the choice of either accepting new terms or declining, thus severing any & all affiliation with DLHI.

15. DLHI will periodically send out emails, newsletters, promos, etc. to keep it's affiliate staff informed as to current events within our company, industry, etc. Affiliate agrees to receive such information.

16. DLHI does not guarantee any revenue associated with the DLHI Affiliate Program nor should any guarantee be implied. DLHI will, however, contact you & provide prompt payment for any home inspection service, referred by you, which is/are paid by the customer whom you referred. There is no limit as to the number of referrals you may make to us.

17. Affiliates of DLHI Affiliate Program shall not engage in any type of spam email campaigns using DLHI ad copy/materials. Affiliate shall be responsible for any repercussion from such campaigns.
